Time to once again update this page.
If you thought you’d get an actual biography about me, complete with name, school and occupation, you were woefully misguided. There’s a reason this blog is on WordPress and not on Google Blogs. Anonymity reigns supreme.
That’s not to say I won’t say nothing about myself. I’m a student entering my first year of post-secondary education at the University of Waterloo this upcoming September. I’m a prospective engineer – well, I think I am, anyway. I enjoy reading. As you may be able to tell by the username, I’m a big fan of the Calgary Flames. And I blog.
Why do I blog? It’s a simple answer, with some funny complexities. Most obvious is the fact that it’s a great way to vent, or to convey however I feel on whatever I feel. Facebook is too intrusive, and what other way is there to vent than to anonymously take to the internet? But it’s more than that. It’s a way for me to write, to get ideas out of my head. For me to share ideas and content with you. For me to (dare I say it) impose my values on you, and hopefully enlighten a reader every now and then. So far it’s been great, and I hope it only gets better.
